Episode 7: V.I.P

When a Vietnamese family are the victims of a home invasion in which their son is kidnapped, the detectives are called upon to locate the kidnappers before their ransom deadline expires. Operation Terrier is launched to sweep out a warehouse of homeless kids who are believed to be connected to a rash of outboard motor thefts. Two American Secret Service agents arrive to oversee the Water Police’s security preparations for a forthcoming presidential visit.
